Namor, the Submariner, is wearing the Aquaman outfit and now has forced poor Arthur Curry (aka. Aquaman) to wear his swim trunks and is giving him a wedgie. I'm not sure there is any other explanation I can give, Nathan Cosby wants to see this, I think.
