I should point out that I don't know much about Frank Cho, but he was nice enough to give me his time and talk about comics while he was at the Lake Effect Comic Con. I got to watch him as he effortlessly drew some new pages for Marvel, and let me tell you the man has got skills, I'm very interested to find out what his new series is going to be. Also I have no problems with Kim Thompson, I love Fantagraphics!
Thanks to Comics And Friends for putting on the Lake Effect Comic Con, check out their shop http://www.comicsandfriends.com/
And of course thanks to Frank Cho for his time and open dialogue. You can check out his site where he features his syndicated strip Liberty Meadows right here http://apesandbabes.com/
My next illustrated interviews are with Gary Dumm and Chris Yambar among others! Thanks for reading and let the debate as to what Mr. Cho's new series will be begin!

Who is Sean Von Gorman? Why is he hiding in a mirror spying on people? Answers to these burning questions can be found, along with a contest for free monies (frees!) over on his site here, http://vagrantmoron.blogspot.com/ Fair warning, you cannot put him in a straightjacket! And he hangs out with tough folks like Amanda Palmer and Neil Gaiman, so you know, forewarned is four-armed!

So this weekend is the first edition of the Chicago Alternative Comics Expo (aka CAKE) and I am of course broke and sitting at home in dumpy Ohio while all these cool people are off looking at awesome comics and laughing and being glad that I didn't show up. What if I could just have some cool friends over to my place? What if I had an alternative comic convention right here? In Conneaut Ohio! Well, this is what I came up with at the last minute, make some donuts that look like awesome comic people! So here they are! Click on their names and you will be whisked away! Chris Eliopoulos Michael DeForge Dharbin - kinda looks like a vampire also would not photograph properly. Coincidence? Annie Koyama Also I would like to note, that my boss at the bakery is an awesome guy who lets me paint portraits on donuts and goof around and stuff. Thanks Mike! Go check his bakery out if you're in town, it's right here CLICKY CLICKY!
